Where is my order & who do I chin?

We aim to send out all orders same or next day but this can take up to 3 working days. As our items are handmade, during busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day etc this can take longer but we aim to send items out within 5 working days during these busy times. All of our orders are sent 1st class. They should arrive the day after sending however it can take up to 3 working days!

You should start to question who needs chinned if you haven't received your item within 5 working days from the date of purchase. If this is the case, please fill out the contact form on this page & we will look into this for you!
