Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Geordie Gifts order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Delivery: £3.50

FREE UK Delivery: On orders over £20.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent using Royal Mail. Delivery times can vary depending on the service used and your location.

Please note that dispatch times are separate from delivery times. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Great North Run & Time-Sensitive Orders

If you are ordering a card for a specific event or date, please allow enough time for your order to be posted and delivered. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date once an order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

At present, we only offer delivery within the UK.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help track it down.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
